.. dann kann man ja durchaus damit rechnen, dass Bill sowohl in dem Film "Törichter Engel" als auch in dieser Serie einen Zombie spielt. ... Ist das etwa seine neue Leidenschaft ?  :amused:

To be honest, I was quite reluctant about possible William's part in 'The Walking Dead' when I read about Frank Darabont’s wish to give him a role in episode six. Now, when I'm much more familiar with promotion materials, I must say I would like to see William in that TV show. The production looks great. I like the fact that creators of the show care more about human drama then about special effects. Of course zombies are there for sure, very nasty ones, great make-up, they look absolutely disguisting and horrible, but this show has a huge drama potential and it's rather good thing to have this title on credit list. I know that all six episodes (all season) is already shot, but I still have a little hope for William's part in it. I mean, he couldn't say "No" to Frank Darabont, could he?  :konfus3:

Yeah, I know what you mean. I usually think zombies are the second-most ridiculous and boring thing on earth (the worst one being sparkling vampires :fg: ), but everything I have read about that series so far sounds really promising. I'll definitely watch the first 6 episodes. The trailer looks pretty good and I just love that they premier on Halloween. :D

Since my own interest in William is mostly long gone I don't care too much if he's in it or not, but I think we probably would have heard about it by now if he was in one of the first 6 episodes. Apart from Lennie James and Michael Rooker I don't know any of the actors in that show, so if William had a guest spot on one of the eps, I expect it would have been mentioned somewhere, since he easily would have been the most high-profile name on that whole cast list (which in itself is a hilarious thought, considering how under the radar he likes to stay).

But, hey, if the show is as good as it looks from here, maybe they will get a second season and maybe he will be in that.  :)
And if it turns out to be total crap, it's better he wasn't in it to begin with (after all, he already has quite a few clunkers on his resume).
Don't confuse me with your reasonableness.

I guess I deceive myself with hope that Bill's role is intended as a surprise for The Walking Dead fans and it will be revealed in few weeks as a spoiler for 6th episode. I know, silly me.  :konfus2:

Ah well, hoping is never silly. But I think in this case you're just setting yourself up for disappointment.
On the other hand, with this whole Hollywood stuff you never know what they will do.
Don't confuse me with your reasonableness.
