I don’t think so.

This is about how the actual (and excellent) FARGO movie, made by Coen brothers, would look like if M. Bay directed it. The author of the article imagines that version with different cast than original one: William Fichtner would play a role of Jerry Lundegaard, originally played by William H. Macy. So it’s only alternative vision of "Fargo", created with author’s imagination, not the announcement of the new role for William Fichtner. 

"Pain And Gain" is supposed to be Bay’s "Fargo" (not the remake of "Fargo"), which in fact is a bold statement. Coens are true film artists, Bay is only a guy who earns money. I hope that William will not be connected with "Pain And Gain" in reality.

Oh, it's not a further movie for Bill? Sigh, I liked the cast very much and in the role of the detective he had surely cut a fine figure (if this should be the role for him).

William got the role of Butch Cavendish in new Gore Verbinski’s project "The Lone Ranger," Jerry Bruckheimer’s production with Johnny Depp. Release date: May 31, 2013.

Cavendish is (probably) the main villain, he "leads a band of baddies across the West killing and stealing" according to:

But there are more exciting news about "Cold Brook", the very own Willam’s movie. Apparently William will make his directing debut after wrapping "The Lone Ranger".

This is a great news! I think The Lone Ranger will become a successful movie.
In this case I can get over that William will play a badass again.
Uhm, a Western? William on a horse?

About the Cold Brook news I'm very pleased, too. Finally it starts soon.

Yesterday Bill took part in inaugural DRIVE4COPD Pro-Am Celebrity Racing Challenge.

Last year A. Curtis’ vision of the winner was right, William won. This year William starts as pro and he must beat the handicap between celebrities and pros. Last year he started from the pole position, this year his situation will not be so convenient.

Anyway:
* William Fichtner (9-1)
It's his fourth race but first in the pro category (after he was the top finishing driver overall in 2011). Fichtner is determined to overcome the 30-second handicap he'll have by starting with the pros this year, but it's been tough for past celebrity winners to make up the time.

* Kim Coates (11-1)
The "Sons of Anarchy" actor has a passion for the sport and a friendly competition with his good friend William Fichtner. He'll have to improve on his performance from last year, though, if he wants to be a contender.

Well, I might not be sure William will win this year, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed for Cindy beating Brillo once more.

As Angel wrote in another thread, William is currently in Albuquerque for the shooting of The Lone Ranger. Maybe that is the cause, why William wasn't at the media day.

Yep, William missed the media day and practice. He's in New Mexico, so he rides horses, not Toyota. 
I hope he will participate in race. But who knows, last year S. Moyer was forced by tv producers to skip the Grand Prix after he flipped his car day before.
